Empire Offices charges a convenience fee of $10 for any payment up to $499, $25 for payments from $500-$999 and $25 per additional $1000, or part thereof, for increments above $999 made by Credit Cards in Cash or by Wire transfer.
Payments made by Company or Personal Check incur no Convenience fee. There is a nine percent (9%) Taxes and Fess surcharge of the monthly invoice total. This charge covers all sales, use, excise and any other taxes and license fees and other associated fees which you are required to pay to any governmental authority and for other associated costs in maintaining and administering your account.
